We'd like to invite you to dine with us one more time before 2017 draws to a close. The restaurant will be open on the following days:
It's the 2017-2018 school year and we are so excited to be back! We have a great group of students to showcase their talents in our restaurant this year. We've been focusing on our catering events, but will be open the month of November on the following days:
Wednesday, November 1st for Lunch from 12-1pm Wednesday, November 8th for Breakfast from 9-10am Hope to see you then! Mark your calendars! Here are the following dates and times for when the Bistro will be open:
Lunch (12pm - 1pm)
With second semester beginning Monday, January 30th, and many events in February already booked on the calendar, we are looking at Wednesday, March 22nd for lunch and Wednesday, March 29th for breakfast. See you then!
Just a reminder that the restaurant will be open for BOTH breakfast and lunch this week. It will be a plated lunch, with students preparing things in the kitchen and our Front of House group taking orders. It should be a lot of fun and a great experience for the kids. Our menus are:
BREAKFAST Frittata Breakfast Special Chorizo & Potato Frittata OR Broccoli & Feta Frittata Served with Bacon, Toast, and Fresh Fruit Choice of Orange or Apple Juice $6.75 Healthy Start Steel-Cut Oatmeal Served with Fresh Fruit and Greek Yogurt Choice of Orange or Apple Juice $5.50 Side Dishes Bacon (2 pieces) - $1.10 Pastry of the Day - $1.10 Toast (2 pieces) - $.50 LUNCH Lunches are served with two kinds of Flatbread: Tomato Herb & Roasted Garlic Pasta of the Day Today we are featuring: Our house-made lasagna with traditional meat sauce. Topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese & Basil $5.50 Chef’s Salad Smoked Turkey, Ham, Hard-Boiled Egg, Tomato, Olives On a bed of Romaine Lettuce Choice of Blue Cheese Vinaigrette or 1000 Island Dressing $5.50 Dessert Chocolate Pot de Crème $1.50 Prices are inclusive of Washington State sales tax. We will be open for both breakfast and lunch on Wednesday, December 7th. Breakfast will be served from 9am - 10am and lunch will be served from 12pm - 1pm. Menus to come soon, so stay tuned!
Our morning students are so excited to welcome you to our Bistro for breakfast - this Wednesday, November 16th from 9am - 10am. We will be serving:
Baked Pumpkin French Toast Asparagus and Mushroom Egg Casserole Roasted Breakfast Potatoes with Herbs Sausage Links Deviled Eggs w/ Bacon Crumbles Fresh Fruit with Granola and Yogurt Assorted Breakfast Pastries Breakfast is served with orange or apple juice and is $10 for adults and $6 for children. Hope to see you there! Our dining room is finally finished and we will be open for lunch on Wednesday, November 9th from 12 - 1pm. The students are so excited to show you what they've learned thus far and they are preparing a Mexican feast! Menu: Chicken Enchiladas Fajita Fixings Spanish Rice Mexican Slaw with Avocado Lime Dressing Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies Fall Festival Sugar Cookies For our first day, we will be offering a buffet: $10/person + tax.
